18 weeks

The night before Halloween was so exciting (and exhausting) that I never did an update. Here are the happenings over the past few weeks!
Brenden had his 4mo well check. They measured him twice and there was a 3/4" difference between the two measurements. Even then (taking the longer of the two) put him in the 9th percentile. Not sure I buy it...he doesn't fit well into 3-6 month footies. He is currently hanging out in 6mo footed pajamas and although there is a bit of room for growth- there's not a whole lot! He's a good 16 lbs though and doesn't miss a meal! He still has some cradle cap on the top of his head and needs his nails trimmed often.
For Halloween, he dressed up as an octopus- for picture purposes only. He took the bigger boys trick-or-treating with us and hung out in the ergo. Yes, he has graduated to the ergo carrier and he loves it!
Brenden loves to stand and sit with support and loves talking to his brothers (especially Brady). He grabs onto things within his reach and hangs on for dear life...this includes my hair! Last week he rolled from his tummy to his back once. I'm pretty sure Brady helped him out since he has never done it again. Either way, we cheered for him and I wrote it down on the calendar. Last week we also went to visit Great Grandma Harris, attended his cousins' birthday party, and snuggled with lots of family while he was there.
The weather has been great and we've enjoyed having the windows and doors open. He is adored by everyone and even Blake snuggled close to him the other day and said, "Oh Brenden, You're the best brother ever!"
